very depressing the finding is! I strongly agree Mumbai is surely not the rudest city. I have been in Mumbai for 6 months last year and I loved the city. Who the hell says Delhi or Moscow as a city is more polite than Mumbai. I say from my experience they are not and simply both of them are worst.
